Some examples of things you might be putting off:
- Doing something nice for your partner
- Booking a flight (I have a flight next month I've been putting off booking because it was cheap last month so it didn't seem urgent)
- Starting to learn a new skill
- Joining a club
- Paying a bill
- Buying a birthday gift for someone
Everyone has something! The more resistance you feel, the more important it is to do.
